A guideline on when and how to order to best ensure that your package arrives on time

This page will keep you informed of delivery schedules and when our workshop annex will be closed. We want everyone to receive their goodies in time for celebrating, so as the saying goes:
“Shop Early And Beat The Rush!”

The schedule below is a guideline, not a guarantee.
While we do our best to get all orders printed and shipped as quickly as possible, there are things that we have no control over that can negatively impact delivery timelines. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to ensure you have the best chances of meeting your holiday deadlines or have back up plans in place (like a handwritten note of what to expect wrapped up in a box with a bow!). After all, it is the thought that counts during these busy holiday seasons!
Don’t Wait Until The Last Minute
When ordering, please know each order requires a manufacturing period as well as a shipping period. Average manufacturing times for our products are listed below, however keep in mind that they *can increase due to the larger holiday volume we receive!
Softcover and Calendar manufacturing time takes between 2-4 business days*
Standard Hardcover manufacturing time takes between 3-5 business days*
Seamless Layflats (specific to the Lustre 450) manufacturing time takes between 3-5 business days*
Specialty product (wall art, mugs, etc.) manufacturing time takes between 2-6 business days*
Please check back frequently for updates and last minutes adjustments to the schedule!
Expediting Orders
Orders that are eligible for Expediting can select this option during checkout. This is not a guarantee, however can speed up production times on most book products to just 1-3 business days.
Please Note: Blizzards, power outages, or more likely file issues with your book do happen, so we recommend you order as soon as possible. Postal Delivery errors do occur with increased frequency during the holiday season. We do not issue refunds or reprints due to delivery delays that are beyond our control.
Current Operations Status
Present Issues:
- Shipping to/ within Canada: We anticipate delivery delays due to the current Canada Post rolling strikes. For orders shipping to Canada, we are routing packages that may be impacted via alternate providers when possible, though due to the demand caused by this strike, delays may occur. While we are doing our best to navigate these issues, orders that are delayed in shipping or do not arrive by hopeful deadlines are unable to be refunded.
- USPS mail service has been temporarily suspended to certain international destinations

Please pay close attention to these dates and to the notice at the top of our site, as deadlines are subject to change. Please note that these estimates take into account a delivery date of Wednesday, December 24th (IE. If you need your order earlier than this date, you will need to account for this when placing your order).
